‘S.I.Village’ a luxury premium fashion platform, has undergone a complete 2.0 redesign to improve customer experience. Overview
In the past, SIvillage applications were primarily focused on online shopping and providing information about branded products. However, the complex user interface and unintuitive design made it difficult for users to easily find the products they wanted. The arrangement of product images and information was also less polished, which tended to detract from the user experience.

The current SIvillage application has been revamped with a premium and intuitive design UI. With a sleek layout and an aura-inducing colour scheme, it provides users with a luxurious shopping experience.

Overview
"S.I.Village", a luxury premium fashion platform, has embarked on an ambitious 2.0 redesign to enhance its customer experience with a specific focus on revitalizing its gift-giving service. This renewal project involves a phased approach starting with the home screen and navigational improvements for immediate enhancement of user accessibility and convenience.

Subsequent phases will see sequential UX/UI upgrades across the platform, integrating advanced features like personalized gift recommendations, scheduled deliveries, and premium packaging options. The objective is to streamline the gift-giving process, making it as luxurious and intuitive as the platform’s products, with a continuous evaluation based on user feedback to ensure the service meets the high standards expected by its discerning clientele.

Overview
S.I.Village fashion platform's claim management system is undergoing a project-based enhancement to improve user interface and streamline processes, enhancing overall user experience. Key improvements include restructuring claim reason selection, updating the UI for easier product quantity and reason adjustments, removing redundant content across claim stages, and adding a feature for deleting claim histories. These updates aim to simplify the management of cancellations, returns, and exchanges, thereby increasing efficiency and user satisfaction.

This project is to develop a work system that can improve work efficiency by introducing promotions that were registered manually in the back office and planning various promotions that are effective by using various templates that are highly utilised.
